Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment by American Express, Visa, Delta, Electron, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If we are delivering goods within West Sussex, you can pay by cash or card upon delivery.
We also accept payments by 'Paypal'.

Shipping And Handling
If you are purchasing goods with installation in Sussex, please contact us
to arrange a convienient time for installation. You will not be charged
for delivery.
Deliveries to mainland UK
£8.50 for orders under 5 Kg in weight.
An additional 50p per 1 Kg is charged thereafter
Stock items ordered before midday are normally dispatched the same working day.

Delivery Schedule
If your delivery is within West Sussex, we will telephone you first, to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the next working day. You can pay by credit/debit card upon delivery providing you have you PIN.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All orders must be made from mainland UK, therefore vat is charged on all sales.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All new products are covered by a Manufacturers 12 month guarantee. Some manufacturer will extend the warranty for their product if it is professionally installed by an approved installation company. for Used and clearance item we offer a free 3 month return to base warranty.

Returns Policy
If your purchase develops a fault within the first 28 days, we will exchange it for you, providing you return it to us in the original packaging. If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days or if you no longer have the original packaging, and providing that your purchase is within its guarantee period, please return the product to us so that we can arrange for its repair.
