Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
When you place an order to purchase a product from highdowncaraudio.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Delta, Electron, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If we are delivering goods within West Sussex, you can pay by cash or card upon delivery.

If you change your mind just return the product back to us in its original packaging, within 7 days for a full refund including postage!!
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your purchase develops a fault within the first 28 days, we will exchange it for you. If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and is within its guarantee period, just return the product to us so that we can arrange for its repair and return.
